What We Collect

Voluntary contact data:

Email inquiries: contact information retained to respond, not added to mailing lists or used otherwise.

What we don't collect:

Names or personal identifiers (unless voluntarily provided)

AI platform login credentials
Conversation content from reviewed platforms

Cookies

First-party: Session management and site functionality.

Google Analytics: Third-party analytics cookies. Google processes data per its own privacy policy.

Affiliate tracking: Links to reviewed platforms may set referral cookies on the destination platform. Those cookies are each platform's responsibility, not ours.

Cookie management: Browser settings allow viewing, blocking, and deleting cookies. GPC (Global Privacy Control) signals are supported by most modern browsers.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation:

Access — request a copy of personal data we hold
Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
Erasure — request deletion of personal data
Portability — receive data in machine-readable format
Objection — object to processing under legitimate interest

Submit requests via about page. Response within 30 days.

Legal bases: Analytics — legitimate interest. Contact responses — inquiry fulfillment. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Third-Party Platform Note

Reviewed platforms collect data independently. When you access a platform through our links, that platform's privacy policy governs data collection.

GirlfriendGPT (NextDay AI) retains user data for 6 years post-deletion — a significant outlier from industry norms (30 days–12 months). We document this in our safety review. We are not responsible for reviewed platforms' data practices.

Security and Retention

Analytics: retained per Google Analytics standard settings. Contact data: retained only for the duration of the relevant inquiry. Reasonable technical security measures applied. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Children

This site is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If a minor has accessed this site, contact us.
